5 Amazing Vegan Protein Shake Recipes

These recipes were written and designed specifically to go with our Genone Vegan Protein Line. We hope you enjoy them.

 

1. Creamsicle Vegan Protein Shake

Ingredients:

1 peeled, frozen orange

1/3 cup Soy Yogurt

½ cup Vanilla Almond milk (experiment with unsweetened)

1 scoop Genone Vegan Iso Protein from SportsNutritionSupply.com

Orange Juice to taste

Add Ice for extra frozen texture

Blend until smooth 

 

2. Pina Colada Vegan Protein Shake 

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons creamy coconut milk

1/3 cup frozen pineapple

1 tablespoon Coconut Shavings

1/3 cup Soy Yogurt

1 Scoop Vegan Protein

¼ cup coconut water

Add ice

Blend until smooth 

 

3. Creamy Matcha Latte Vegan Protein Shake

Ingredients:

3 tsp Matcha Powder

1 scoop iso gen Vegan Vanilla protein powder

½  cup soy yogurt

¼ cup Vanilla Almond Milk

½ banana

Add ice

Blend until smooth 

 

4. Creamy Mocha Vegan Protein Shake

Ingredients:

For this recipe, there are a number of different options to add the espresso or coffee flavor. The more concentrated the better. I particularly enjoy adding fresh espresso, but not everyone has that readily available. Instant espresso does wonders. Mix the instant espresso with water before adding it to the mix.

Instant or fresh espresso

½ cup soy yogurt

Almond milk

1 scoop Chocolate Vegan Iso-Gen Protein Powder

Add ice

Blend until smooth 

 

5. Strawberries and Cream Vegan Protein Shake

 Ingredients:

1 Scoop Strawberry Vegan Iso-Gen Protein Powder

½ Cup Soy Yogurt

4 frozen strawberries

¼ cup Vanilla Almond Milk

Add ice

Blend until smooth 

 

All of these recipes can be adjusted to taste. Experiment with different amounts of the ingredient to make each recipe your own.
