Five Minutes to a Better Butt

There are tons of tips and tricks out there that claim to get you a better but through some sort of a hack, but lets be real, sculpting your body takes work, effort, determination, and often a little creativity.

This five-minute Butt workout is meant to be a clean flow from one set to the next.

I set up a thirty second timer on my phone, and just lose myself in the workout. Typically, I add this to a solid leg day, They say doing a high cardio core session prior to lifting for leg day can actually help you to lift heavier. Pilates or Zumba offer this, and why? Because working on the core sculpting muscles are going to help with stability and allow you to have more control over the strength of your trunk. Since this is an intense focus on your core and glutes, it’s a perfect addition to leg day.

 

Here’s the Workout:

 

Bridge with weight for 30 seconds

 

 

Bridge with single leg lift 30 seconds  

Single leg lift and hold with pulse for 30 seconds

 

 


Single leg raise and lower

 

Repeat exercise with opposite Leg

Bridge with weight for 30 seconds

Bridge with single leg lift 30 seconds

Single leg lift and hold with pulse for 30 seconds

Single leg raise and lower 30 seconds

Finish with a bridge pulse and then stretch it out.

 

 

The most important thing to keep in mind with workouts like these, is that you must take your time, squeeze with eave move, and only move with clear intention and purpose.
